The Aeneid is the greatest Roman saga. Written by Virgil, it tells the tale of a man called Aeneas.

Aeneas was a Troyer. He fled Troy at the end of the Troy Unfrith with other haven seekers as the leader of some ships. They sailed to Carthage and meet Dido in the wyhof of Jupiter. Dido is shot with one of Cupid's arrows and she falls in love with Aeneas. When Aeneas leaves Carthage, she kills herself by stabbing herself with his sword and then falling on a begraving pyre she had made of his stuff to show he was dead to her.
