The English Namebook is for gathering of names borrowed into English and their Theedish sunderings, likewise with the English Wordbook, but with names.
Anyone is free to give theedish oversettings for names or another theedish name for the same name; if neither of the two can be done (if the Romish stem also bestands in other Theedish tungs), put in a borrowed twin or a a theeched sundering for Greater Anglish.
For a byword of this in doing William could be Wilhelm (Theech), Willem (Dutch), Wiljahelmaz (Theedish)and others. Or it could be Willhelmet (Calque). Don't forget to put names in stafwising setup.
For a list of etymological or other abbreviations used in these wordlists, see Offshortenings.
