This leaf is an overbringing of the Learned Good News of Thomas (built from the overbringing of the first tongues as written down by Thomas Lambdin), as held to be of the Great Lore by the Learned Ones, and by some godloreal fieldknowers of the nowtide.
The Good News[]
- These are the dern words which the living Jesus spoke and which the twin Judas Thomas wrote down. And he said, "Whoever finds the unriddlings of these things will not undergo death."
- Jesus said, "Let he who seeks keep at it until he finds. When he finds, he will become swenched; when he becomes swenched, he will be astonished, and he will rix over the All."
- Jesus said, "If those who lead you say to you, 'Look, the kingdom is in the heavens,' then the birds of the heavens will forerun you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will forerun you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and it will dawn upon you that you are sons of the living Begetter. But if you will not know yourselves, then you dwell in armth, and it is you who are that armth."
- Jesus said, "The man old in days will not dither to ask a small child seven days old about the spot of life, and he will live. For many who are first will become last, and they will become one and the same."
- Jesus said, "Acknowledge what is in front of your face, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you. For nothing is hidden that will not be seen."
- His loreknights bid him and said, "Do you want us to fast? How shall we pray and give alms? What diet shall we mind?" Jesus said, "Do not tell lies, and do not do what you hate; all things are seen in the heaven. For nothing is hidden that will not be seen, and nothing holen that will not become unheled.
- Jesus said, "Blessed is the manecat which becomes man when eaten by him; and cursed is the man whom the manecat eats, and the manecat becomes man."
- "The man is like a wise fisherman who cast his net into the sea, and drew it up full of many little fish, and among the fish he found a good large one. He cast all the small fish back into the sea and without much trouble chose the large one. He who has ears to hear, let him hear."
- Jesus said, "Behold, the sower went out, took a handful of seeds, and scattered them. Some fell on the road, and the birds came and gathered them up. Others fell on the rock, and it did not take root, therefore no ears were brought about. And others fell on thorns; they choked the seed and the worms ate them. And others fell on the good soil, and it brought about good ovest: it bore sixty every meal and a hundred twenty every meal."
