Indonesia (Greater AnglishEaholms), known in law as the Ledewealth of Indonesia (Indonesish: Republik Indonesia) is an island rich in Southeast Asia. It is the world's largest island rich with more than seventeen thousand islands. It is the fourth most befolked rich in the world, and its most befolked island, Java, has more than half of the country's folk.

Eretide[]

Before European bestriding[]

The first men in Indonesia came 45,000 years ago. 4,000 years ago, the Austronesians, who are the forebears of a great body of the Indonesian folk today, came from Taiwan. Good farmland and trade ways let many kingdoms flourish by the first hundredyear.

In the seventh hundredyear, the Srivijaya kingdom became mighty because of trade, and the spread of the kingdom also spread Hindu and Buddha liefs through the islands.

From the thirteenth hundredyear, Indonesian folk began to take on Islamic lief, though Muslim traders had been there for some hundredyears before. Folk in other steads of Indonesia began to follow Islam, and from the sixteenth hundredyear to today Islam has stayed the lief of the great body of Indonesian folk.

European bestriding[]

From the seventeenth hundredyear, the Netherlands started to bestride what is now Indonesia, although it was only in the early twentieth hundredyear that the Netherlands fully bestrode today's Indonesia.

Selfstanding[]

After the Second World War, the Indonesians forsaid freedom from the Netherlands on the 17th of Weedmonth, 1945, and started the Indonesian Selfdom War (Indonesish: Perang Kemerdekaan Indonesia, Netherlandish: Indonesische Onafhankelijkheidsoorlog). By 1949, the Netherlandish were overcame and acknowledged Indonesia as a selfstanding rich.

From 1950 until 1957, the time known in Indonesian eretide as the time of Freeward Folkrich (Demokrasi Liberal), Indonesia was an unsteady folkrich beset by uprisings. This unsteadiness made Foresitter Sukarno believe that Western-like folkrich was not fit to be the Indonesian lawmoot's setup. From 1957 onwards, Sukarno became more and more richbinderlike until he was overthrown in 1965 by Suharto, who then became the second Foresitter of Indonesia from 1965 to 1998. The time of Suharto was known as the New Setup (Orde Baru). Though in Suharto's time Indonesia was by law a folkrich, in truth it was a bindrich and the choosing of the lawmoot were neither free nor fair.

Indonesia's landwealth grew steadily during Suharto's time, but in 1997 the Asian Landwealth Needtime showed that the growth of the landwealth was flawed as the full homeland output was greatly lowered. This led to much uproar against Suharto and the rich, and this uproar led to Suharto stepping down in Merrymonth 1998.

With the stepping down of Suharto, Indonesia moved towards becoming a folkrich. A free choosing for the Indonesian Althing was held in 1999, and the groundlaw went through a great makeover. In 2004, Indonesia held its first straightforward choosing of the foresitter (beforehand, the Althing had chosen the foresitter), and a choosing has been steadily held every five years hence.

Lawmoot[]

The selfstanding rich is a forefastening ledewealth with a foresitter and althing both chosen by the folk.

Loftlay[]

There are three yeartides in Indonesia: hot, damp and cold. The ethel is in the Frithful Ring of Fire, where earthquakes, wirlwinds and firebursts are often.
