Manchester is a stead in the north west of England, in which over 600,000 folk live. It is sometimes thought of as the next town in England, behind London and Birmingham.

In times foregone, many folk worked weaving cloth in one of the town's mills. Most of these mills are now either empty, or have been made into highend flats.

The British Broadsending Undertaking has a great workstead at Salford Docks.

Manchester is kent for its streettug net, one of the greatest in Eveland.
