The North Theedish tungs make up one of the three limbs of the Theedish tungs, an underkin of the Ind-Europish tungs, along with the West Theedish tungs and the now dead East Theedish tungs. The tung kin is sometimes called the Shedenayish or Northish tungs, a straightforward oversetting of the word used by Swedish and Norish layfolk.

- Faroeish
- Elfdalsk (Also known as Elfdalish)
- Gutnish (often deemed to be a byleid of Swedish)
