Rikeship (English: Government) is the mootish leadership of a land. It comes in many forms and it oftentimes needs to be understood by other rikeships of other lands as being the rightful leadership of a land in order for it to be counted amongst the all-land neighborhood (also to get a seat in the lawmaker body of the Banded Lands).
However, rikeship is for the most part a body that leads and wields a land in order to, in hopeful thought, ward the freedom of its folk. This is not always true, though.
