Ring Beholding (English: Ring Theory) is a swathe of telcraft that sets out the ways of ilks of scorings called rings. In order for an ilk of scorings to be a ring, each scoring must be ekeworth and malifoldworth to every other, and manifolding must mete out over ekeing, as it does on the whole scorings. But ekeing and manifolding may not work in all ways as they do on the whole scorings: manifolding may not be shiftworth, or there may be a scoring which when eked to itself gives nothing.
