Stonestuff in slickwax. It floats for its lightness, and is kept in slickwax lest it burn up in water.
Stonestuff (Main English: lithium) is the third firststuff; its token is Li. The kernal of stonestuff is made of three firstbits and three or four neitherbits. Although it is one of the earliest firststuffs, it is quite scarce, for like all odd-tallied firststuffs it is seldom wrought in stars.
Stonestuff is the lightest of the ores, but little is wrought of it, for it will blight when bewinded with sourstuff, and burns at the slightest touch of water.
