My orsaking(reasoning). Edit

Andshedded(decided) I'd switch a useless leaf to a useful one. And so, I made a thing(article) about "Washington, DC", which I have named Washington, Erdstretch of Doveland.

I brooked the word 'Erdstretch', with erd here meaning "country", instead of just 'stretch(district)', to better aspell the standing of "DC" as the fromburg of the BFA.

Culverland might be a better oversetting of "Columbia", but as culver comes from "Latin" in the end, I chose to go with the more Theedish dove.

I welcome any gainstanding thoughts on this, if you'd like to share them. Anglom 05:50, October 27, 2011 (UTC)

Others to "erdstretch". Edit

While I do kind of like "erdstretch" as a word, I'm beginning to think it doesn't really fit. I've come up with a few others to insteaden it with: berike, bystretch, instretch, rikestretch, or maybe just simply bandstretch.

Would gladly welcome your thoughts on these words, or "erdstretch" itself. Also, if you would like to put forth others of your own, I would like that as well. Thanks for reading. Anglom 05:06, October 28, 2011 (UTC)

Chose to go with 'dealstretch', which is grounded on "district (dis (apart) + stringere (to stretch))"; which also matches well with the OE rendering of "columbra", 'Culver', to keep the firsts(initials) 'DC'. Anglom 13:42, January 24, 2012 (UTC)
