In Anglish[]

Oh Father in the heavens,

let thy name be hallowed.

Let thy Kingdom come.

Let thy will take stead, as in heaven, also on earth.

Give us today our bread for this bread; and forgive us our shilds,

as we have also forgiven our shilders.

And do not bring us into costening,

but alease us from wickedness,

Soothly

Wending: When one is learning another tung, Wordstock shows hardships. One must forthgoing find for unknown words, and forfollowingly intryst is lost. In Eredust part, however this kinch has been overcome, because the relevant wendship of each word foreshines below the Volapük words. A choosehip of readings follows, and it is ettled that the Volapük words be read out loud. The speechcraft and a bare-bones wordstock have already been done in the lead-in; nevertheless, a quick glance at the wendship is ettled to sicker that the overall meaning has been begeted. There is a mostest which says that a little learnings a day is better than a lot of learn all at once.
