The West Freesish, or unornly the Freesish (West Freesish: Frysk; Netherlandish: Fries,) is a West Theedish tung spoken mostly in the shire of Freesland (Fryslân) in the north of the Netherlands, mostly by those of Freesish bloodties. It is the most widely spoken of the three Freesish tungs.
For English speakers West Freesish is outstanding as being the most closely akin to tung to English outside of Briten.
